Job Summary:
Supports the General Accounting Office with daily dealership operations.

Responsibilities:

• Phone Management: Answer and direct multi-line calls professionally using MAGIC techniques.
• Car Deal Finalization: Review deals for accuracy, post accounting entries, process funding, send payoff checks, and calculate sales commissions.
• Sales Board Updates: Record daily sales numbers for each associate.
• Dealer Trades/Wholesales: Manage accounting for dealer trades and process vehicle titles sold at auction.
• Service Checkout Assistance: Compile invoices and balance cash from previous day's service/parts.
• Bank Deposits: Reconcile daily deposits and deliver to the bank.
• Mail Distribution: Collect and distribute mail daily.
• Inventory Purchases: Assist in accounting for new and used inventory.
• PO Management: Input and close Purchase Orders in CDK daily.
• Document Scanning: Scan deposits, paid invoices, and assist with service/parts invoices as needed.
• Filing: Maintain organized filing within the accounting office.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in basic math and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with CDK software, desirable
• College degree or 1-2 years of office experience, preferred

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm
