Ability to work as a member of a team.ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Ability to work with others.Understanding of basic sewing techniques{=html} - Ability to work independently after the direction is given.HELPFUL SKILLS:Ability to design products to meet the description and specifications of a customer.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Be able to sit or stand for several hours at a time.Ability to perform tasks requiring fine motor and wrist movement.Ability to lift 30 lbs.Ability to bend, stoop, and reach repeatedly.SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the safety of all employees, the general public, volunteers, and consumers of corporate services.
