Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping and receiving, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of parts and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Verify contents of shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Ensure all received items are properly labeled and stored.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, including documentation and labeling.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
• Ensure the shipping and receiving area is clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with inventory management and control.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
