Your Role:
As a warehouse associate, you could be assigned to any of the following areas:

• Order Picker: Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in a timely manner to meet daily goals, including picking above ground level while following safety procedures.
• Restocker: Scan labels, cut boxes, and replenish shelves in preparation for the next shift, ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
• Bulk Selector: Select, pull, and pack products into totes, cutting cases of merchandise, and moving them onto conveyor belts while following safety guidelines.
• Custodian: Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to keep the facility in top shape, including cleaning restrooms, floors, and collecting trash.

Please note, as an SC1 associate, you may be moved into any of these roles as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• A strong accountability for your work schedule and assigned tasks.
• Adept understanding of job requirements and safety guidelines.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication.
• Flexible availability to work additional hours as needed.
• Capability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry up to 70 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes during work hours.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse setting, fast-food, stockroom, customer service, or package handling is a plus.
