The City of Idaho Falls Airport is accepting applications for a Building Maintenance Specialist I. This position performs a variety entry level semi-skilled carpentry, masonry, locksmith, or painting duties as needed to complete daily building and facilities maintenance, construction and renovation in compliance with approved plans and building codes. Essential Functions Performs a variety of semi skilled duties related to the construction, maintenance and repair of airport buildings and facilities; performs general maintenance on various types of building components and apparatus, i.e., motors, pumps, valves, bearings, floats, pulleys, belts, switches, relays, plugs, light ballasts, light photo cells, fuses, circuit breakers, timers, transformers, wiring, telephones, fire sensors, door hardware, roofing, floor and ceiling repair, dry wall, painting, caulking, concrete repair, etc. Performs preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment; maintains air conditioning system;...Building Maintenance, Maintenance Specialist, Building, Specialist, Mechanical, Operations, Property Management
