Knows and follows nutritional guidelines. Sets up the serving line. Supervises student servers. Serves the food in an efficient and pleasant manner. Prepares and packs leftover food for storage or for return to the kitchen. Cleans up serving area and prepares dishes, pans, etc. for return to the kitchen. Participates in the cleaning of serving, storage, and dining areas. Knows and follows health and sanitation procedures. Performs dishwashing duties as assigned. Completes paperwork as requested. Performs major cleaning assignments at regularly scheduled intervals as directed by the satellite cashier. Maintains high standards of ethical behavior. Has regular and predictable attendance.
