- Contract Duration: 6 months + potential to extend
- Worksite Location: Rigby, ID | Hybrid
- Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
What you'll do as a Business Applications Specialist:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions
- Evaluate, implement, and configure business applications to support evolving needs
- Customize workflows and processes within applications to optimize usability and performance
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate applications with existing systems and infrastructure
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to support adoption and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows
- Participate in testing, quality assurance, and system upgrades to ensure reliability and performance
- Enforce data integrity, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Work with IT infrastructure teams to mitigate risks, ensure availability, and maintain system health
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
What you'll bring to the Business Applications Specialist role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting and administering business applications
- System administrator experience with one or more of the following: NetSuite or similar ERP platforms, warehouse management systems, e-commerce platforms, and/or integration as a service platforms
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, with proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms and how to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages a plus
- Experience with Azure services, including Functions and Pipelines, a plus
- Background in the apparel industry or similar environment is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
