What is Papa?

Papa is a fulfilling service dedicated to connecting compassionate individuals with older adults and families who require assistance in their daily lives.

We are looking for patient and caring individuals who are eager to make a positive difference in the lives of others through genuine companionship and support.

Papa offers the ideal part-time, flexible opportunity for those who find joy in helping others and wish to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

No previous caregiving experience is required; we welcome anyone passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors.

Your visits may include:

• Transportation: Drive Members to appointments, run errands, or visit any destinations they require.
• Companionship: Engage in enriching conversations, enjoy nature walks, play games, or simply provide a cheerful presence.
• Household Assistance: Help Members with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
• Errands: Accompany Members during errands like grocery shopping and prescription pickups.
• Assessments: Conduct in-home assessments (training will be provided by Papa) to support Client and Member needs.

• Compensation: Earn competitive pay of up to $22/hr: base pay ranges from $13-$17/hr with additional bonus opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required
• Successful background check with no felonies
• Caring, patient, and reliable personality
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have a clean and dependable vehicle (model year 2008 or newer) and valid car insurance if applying for transportation visits
