What You'll Do:

• Lead digital business analysis across web platforms, driving customer growth, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, Supply Chain) to deliver data-driven insights.
• Manage reporting tools and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and more.
• Develop innovative measurement tools and reporting strategies to optimize digital performance.
• Own customer satisfaction analytics and drive improvements across digital channels.
• Expand the data ecosystem to support personalization, A/B testing, and machine learning initiatives.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics platforms and 5+ years in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership background with 5+ years of team management.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in statistical modeling, segmentation, and customer behavior analysis.
