Job Details

Include:Provide primary support and responsibility for the daily operation and technical processes of Scientific and Technical Information Program (STIP) and associated applications. Provide guidance and direction to programs for data management and storage process expectations and responsibilities. Assist programs with classification and export compliance reviews to clear documents/records for public release. Assist with installations of software, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for customers. Develop user accounts and system access. Coordinate activities for STIP system upgrades and system administration. Identify process automation, user experience, and system improvements for STIP applications and processes. Perform customer testing of improvements and enhancements to STIP systems and support Lab-wide STIP processes. Provide software management and oversight for the review, training, implementation, documentation, and assessment of STIP systems.
