Job Details

Develop, review, test, troubleshoot and refine system and software requirements with internal and external customers. Provide QA support throughout the SDLC, including the planning, requirements gathering, development, integration testing, and acceptance testing stages. Create and/or review formal test plans for systems and software. Create and/or review formal test procedures and automated scripts for systems and software. Execute test procedures to verify that new or modified software programs function according to requirements in both internal and external customer-facing capacities. Work well independently and as part of a team to achieve team and organizational goals. Demonstrate a strong customer focus by listening to, recognizing, and responding to customer input in an effective, timely and courteous manner.
