This is a newly created and critical leadership position that will provide the business unit with effective management of the engineering resources to sustain growth, foster innovation and produce products that meet customer requirements and company profitability objectives. The Director of Engineering requires a proven leader with a track record of managing managers, strategic thinking, change management, and direct stakeholder engagement. The position will plan, direct and manage engineering activities associated within this business unit. In addition to the management and direction of the Engineering Department, the position will represent the company as a high-level advisor, be prepared to present to all levels of management and provide customer support by assisting sales management in securing contracts as a high-level management representative of the company.
