This is a skilled position as a Construction Project Manager involves the assisting and management as directed by Senior Project Managers and/or Superintendents. - This position is onsite. - Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Actively participate in acquisition and maintenance of permits, bonding and insurance including UDOT, City, Vehicle, SWPPP, etc. Administer One Drive at the direction of the Estimating and Operations Managers with relevant project information including phase lists & CO work orders. Add Phases at the request of the Superintendents. Distribute project documents to field. Attend pre-construction, project hand-off, cost reviews, and project job progress meetings Work with Traffic Control department to prepare traffic control plans and pull permits Verify aggregate quantity, and coding daily Process change orders and T&M work tickets as needed by the Project Managers Assist and with purchase orders, submittals, and project supplier quotes Assist esti...Project Manager, Construction, Manager, Operations Manager, Project, Fall, Business Services, Manufacturing
