Overview

Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare (Remote)

This role focuses on managing 30 to 40 Mid-Market accounts, bringing CrowdStrikes product capabilities and value to potential clients, aligning our strengths to client needs, and developing internal and external partnerships to attack the market with passion. The successful candidate has executive-level contacts and is highly results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and adept at building relationships across functions and with partners.

Location note: This position is open to candidates in Oregon or Washington.

What Youll Do
  • Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
  • Scope, negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Target and gain access to decision makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers (typically CIO and CSO level) in industry, partners, and mid-market customers to drive sales strategy and attainment.
  • Collaborate with peers across Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development to create visibility and drive engagement at both individual contributor and executive levels.
  • Work with partners to leverage their account presence and relationships.
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
What Youll Need
  • Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex problems to swift resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies and competitive offerings.
  • Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives.
  • An aptitude for understanding how technology products solve business problems.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences; outstanding presentation, written and verbal skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 50% on short notice.
  • Drive to succeed and contribute to a fast-paced companys growth.
Education And Experience
  • 7+ years of solution selling experience with significant experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security products to mid-market enterprises.
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) or Masters Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
