Plans and coordinates production and repair activities to meet operational goals, quality, and cost objectives with extended hours and weekend support as necessary. Implement safety, health, environment, and quality requirements across the department. Performs JHA on existing and new processes. Controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Evaluates capacity constraints and develops schedules for all production and repair work. Direct supervision of manufacturing personnel, monitoring timekeeping, productivity, and absence. Supervise and train personnel to work in compliance with all procedures. Review existing processes and equipment and make improvements, as necessary, to result in increased team efficiency. Interact with Engineering and Quality Departments as needed to meet monthly delivery schedules. Responsible for safety practices and procedures and implementing corrective actions.
