What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the development and execution of standard software implementation processes and onboarding programs
• Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Direct the assessment of client needs and align solutions with business objectives
• Create and deliver standardized training sessions and resources for client users
• Provide expert technical support during implementation and post-go-live phases

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Implementation or training experience in the title insurance or real estate software industry
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within software implementation or a similar client-facing environment
• Experience with SaaS software implementation and process development
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and improve effective training programs
• Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Digital Adoption platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
