What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and insureds while prospecting for new business
- Inspect documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues using discretion
- Multi-task and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience and strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain retention
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to build a profitable business
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines and Life Insurance Licenses
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
