Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting tools, dashboards, and data generators for end-user access
• Provide technology-based data reporting tools and management for business segments
• Generate reports that identify and address business issues and opportunities
• Maintain and update business intelligence tools, databases, and systems
• Provide technical support for existing reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of directly related experience
• Strong analytical skills to identify data patterns and trends
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools and reporting methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for presenting information to clients/stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
• Background in property-centric information or analytics
• Knowledge of business intelligence best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
