Support the development and implementation of comprehensive and space management strategies aligned with INLs long-term goals. Support the direction of aspects of property asset management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Evaluate facility renovation and expansion proposals for real property reporting. Maintain effective relationships with INL organizations, DOE real estate managers, and key external stakeholders. Maintain and analyze data on space allocation and real property inventory to optimize utilization and support decision-making processes. Provide accurate data, metrics, and detailed reports for space portfolio strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Maintain policies, standards, and procedures related to space management and real property asset management.
