Essential Job Functions:/pulliTeam Empowerment, Support, and Improvement/liliPerform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams./liliFacilitate team ceremonies and remove any roadblocks to the teams work./liliLead and coach the team in self-organization by utilizing Scrum or Kanban practices to foster a sense of ownership and accountability./liliAssist the team in making informed decisions by providing relevant information and facilitating discussions./liliEnsure that decisions align with priorities./liliFoster collaboration between different functional areas within the organization, ensuring that dependencies are managed effectively./liliHelp the team adapt to evolving circumstances and stay focused on team goals./liliEncourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and feedback sessions./liliTooling and Automation/liliManage Azure DevOps boards to maintain established structure and processes./liliWork towards increasing team productivity by analyzing data and creating possible solutions./liliPerform monthly project updates to track the development roadmap of the team./liliAdvocate for the use of automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency./liliResource Management/liliManage resource allocation, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools, skills, and support to perform their tasks effectively./liliIdentify and address potential resource constraints or bottlenecks./liliReport on resource utilization and manage capacity for the team./liliProject Planning and Coordination/liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines./liliRespond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans and priorities accordingly./liliCoordinate activities among team members and other relevant stakeholders./liliAct as a liaison between the technical delivery team and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication./liliProvide regular updates on project/development progress, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders./liliCollaborate with Product Owner, Technical Writers, and the software development team to ensure that technical documentation is up to date./liliIdentify and assess project risks, working with the team to develop mitigation plans./liliProactively address issues and obstacles that may impact product delivery./li/ulpQualifications/ Requirements:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliExperienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent./liliSolid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as extensive knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices./liliPrior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects. Agile certifications a plus: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe./liliExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analyst, and QA personnel./liliExperience using Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira for managing work tasks./liliExperience with Microsoft Office Suite./liliExperience with a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool is a plus./liliExperience working remotely and household setup conducive to remote work./li/ulpNote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive.
