What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage the review and execution of Clinical Site Agreements (CSA) in a matrixed environment
• Oversee legal and budget escalations related to various agreements with institutions and investigators
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries to support contract execution
• Develop and update negotiating parameter guidance documents at the country and site level
• Approve Fair Market Value (FMV) assessments and customize Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA) as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Medical or Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research within a CRO or Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology environment
• Strong understanding of the clinical development paradigm, particularly in clinical study operations
• At least 5 years of experience in contract and budget negotiation
• Experience in oversight of external service providers is preferred
