Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE)
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)
Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)

We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Mechanical Engineer (PE) to join our growing team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This position is ideal for someone with 10+ years of mechanical design experience who thrives on complex projects and is ready to take on major responsibility as part of our multidisciplinary design team.
You'll be involved in every stage of design-from concept through construction, leading HVAC and plumbing system design for sophisticated data center and mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute mechanical design projects from start to finish.
• Prepare schematic designs, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical design support and ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Conduct advanced analyses, including load calculations and system coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to firmwide innovation and design excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license-ability to obtain multi-state licensure preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design.
• Proficiency in Revit required.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from handoff to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Experience with mission-critical or industrial projects preferred.

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
