The Role: Phone Setter (Outbound Appointment Setter)

We're looking for driven, high-energy phone setters to join our sales team. You'll be the bridge between inbound opt-in leads (from paid ads + CRM) and our closers.

Your mission:

• Call and qualify warm leads already in our CRM (mix of new & old)
• Book high-quality appointments for our closers
• Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to nurture prospects until they're ready to show
• Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and organized
• Hit weekly/monthly targets and directly fuel company revenue

Transparency (Read This First)

We're not going to BS you:

• We're revamping our appointment setting process right now
• You'll work with a mixed bag of leads (new + old)
• Most leads are warm opt-ins from paid advertising - but not all will be perfect
• Close rate currently sits around 15% - part of why we want setters to nurture and improve show quality

Income Potential (Real OTE Breakdown)

We don't just dangle "six-figures" - here's the math:

• OTE = $10K/month ($120K/year)
• Base salary + commission
• Commissions for:
  
  • Qualified calls booked
  • Showed appointments
  • Sales closed by our closers
  • Sales you close yourself (with training/support)

Example Path to $10K/month:

• ~200 dials/day → ~29 pick-ups/day → ~7 good convos/day → ~4 sets/day → ~2.5 shows/day → ~0.5 sales/day
• = 9 sales/month = ~$8,500 commissions + $1,500 base = $10K

Who You Are

• 1+ years of appointment setting
• Strong phone presence + written communication
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven
• Comfortable with CRMs and tracking KPIs (GoHighLevel experience a plus)
• Hungry to win, thrive in competition, and want a long-term home
