We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly those involving the migration of on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in both waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies. Knowledge of AWS is essential, and familiarity with MS Office tools and Jira is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope and budget.

• Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Must have insurance client.
• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
• Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• NOTE: ERI's findings based on revenue.
• In larger organizations may have the responsibility of managing project supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects.
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
• May manage sub-contractors and their workforce.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
• Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
