Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to build and optimize the tools, processes, and content that empower our sales and investor relations teams to operate with consistency, precision, and scale. This person will be the HubSpot owner, a process thinker, and apartner to leadership in improving the full revenue lifecycle.
  • This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who has strong HubSpot expertise, experience in financial services, and a desire to develop a high-impact function from the ground up.

What You'll Do
  • Sales Tools & Technology
    • Own and administer HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Investor Relations.
    • Build and refine workflows, pipelines, automations, and dashboards.
    • Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for CRM usage.
  • Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
    • Create and maintain sales playbooks, templates, and standardized collateral.
    • Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales and client-facing teams.
    • Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
    • Develop lead routing, qualification frameworks, and handoff processes.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales performance.
    • Track KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
    • Maintain clean, accurate reporting based on real-time data.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead nurturing, and content alignment.
    • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Product to ensure messaging consistency.
    • Partner with Compliance to maintain documentation and regulatory accuracy.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles.
  • Financial services experience is required (asset management, investment management, wealth management, fintech, or adjacent).
  • Strong HubSpot expertise - including workflows, pipeline setup, dashboards, and automation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and operationally minded.
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with sales teams.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach with comfort building reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment with autonomy.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in the ETF space
  • Experience supporting institutional, advisor, or high-net-worth client channels.
  • Exposure to compliance workflows or regulated environments.
  • Basic knowledge of investment products and financial concepts.
