Work Location: HYBRID - Lisle, IL (3 days/week onsite).

Description: ERP Transformation Tester will be testing ERP systems at onsite validating features implemented and coordinating with offshore testers mitigating risks and fostering collaboration among project stakeholders. As a tester in a large scale ERP transformation and implementation project you would be responsible to attend strategy session work with functional analyst in defining Scope test and execute ERP testing

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality assurance and testing leadership across all phases of SAP S4 implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment
• Conduct design workshops requirements review sessions and design reviews with business analysts system architects and application engineers to establish rapport and provide support using appropriate verification and validation techniques
• Perform testing throughout the project life cycle from initiation to delivery and closure
• Participate design workshops requirements review sessions and design reviews with business analysts system architects and application engineers to establish rapport and provide support using appropriate verification and validation techniques
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy aligned with the ERP transformation goals and objectives
• Establish and maintain testing schedules milestones and deliverables
• Monitor and control testing activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Work under the direction of ERP Test Lead and offshore testers throughout the testing lifecycle
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to facilitate smooth testing processes
• Participate regular team meetings to discuss progress address issues and provide status updates
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the ERP system by identifying defects inconsistencies and areas for improvement

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business Administration or a related field
• Mandatory Greenfield implementation experience
• 5 to 8 plus years experience in SAP Testing
• 10 plus years experience in testing
• Proficiency in SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC Enterprise Core Components SAP S4HANA SAP BW Business Warehouse SAP CRM Customer Relationship Management SAP SCM Supply Chain Management etc
• Indepth understanding of SAP testing tools and methodologies
• Certification in Tricentis Tosca Qtest and experience in Live Compare is desirable
• Experience with SAP integration technologies interfaces and data migration processes
• Knowledge of SAP BASIS Business Application Software Integrated Solution administration and SAP security concepts is advantageous
• SAP Certification
• Possession of relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Certified Development Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate depending on the specific modules involved in the ERP transformation project
• Proficiency in leading testing SAP ERP modules such as SAP ECC Enterprise Core Components SAP S4HANA SAP BW Business Warehouse SAP CRM Customer Relationship Management SAP SCM Supply Chain Management etc
• Experience in generating test data in previous project
• Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP Implementation projects
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Tricentis SAP LIVE COMPARE is desirable
• Familiarity with various types of testing including functional testing integration testing regression testing performance testing and user acceptance testing UAT for ERP Migration
