Job Details

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team member to join us in being the first line of contact for our players on the server. We're a thriving community and we're looking forward to meet new members.

The application process includes:

1. An expression of interest (This application)
2. A member of staff will contact you to schedule an interview
3. Remote Interview

After the interview, the team will decide whether or not you'll be a great fit. If the decision has been made to hire, you will be trained according the position you're being hired for.
What you'll be doing

• Providing assistance across the server to players.
• Resolving issues with glitches within the server. (Don't worry, you'll be trained!)
• Resolving conflict between players and providing disciplinary action to those who do not follow the rules.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Minecraft and passion for helping others.
• The ability to communicate clearly and positively through written and spoken English
• Comfort working independently-in some cases you will be the only team member online.
