As a Business Analytics Lead you will be leading analytics processes across multiple functions or business units. Usescomplex analytical tools to develop data-driven solutions. Mentors junior staff members.

• Consults with clients and mentors on tool implementation.
• Provides guidance on strategy monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product development.
• Determines optimal analytic approaches.
• Supports development and enhancements of analytics solutions.
• Conceptualizes solutions for operations and executive decision-making.
• Analyzes results and provides recommendations to key business partners and senior management.
• Communicates complex analytical conclusions to diverse audiences.
• Performs responsibilities primarily in a location in Pittsburgh, PA.
• May perform some responsibilities remotely at manager discretion.
• Falls under Information Technology functions within Financial Services.
• May be subject to FDIA Section 19 requirements prohibiting certain criminal histories.

• University or college degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and certifications.
• 3+ years of working on projects that intersect with business development in Pega CDH
