Job Title: Managed Care Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Nashville, TN (Onsite & Remote per Team Schedule)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Job Overview:

Our client offers a hybrid work environment, combining both remote and in-office work based on business needs. This position requires local candidates from Middle TN, as commuting to the Nashville office will be necessary.

Training:

• Up to 6 weeks of extensive training (virtual/in-office as requested by the supervisor).
• Attendance is mandatory during training, and no preplanned PTO will be approved during this period.

• Assess individual and family eligibility for the client's care programs.
• Coordinate and communicate schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct client interviews, gather case data, and provide recommendations to attorneys.
• Ensure timely case management, including documentation and resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze legal documents, and draft reports.
• Work efficiently in multiple databases to retrieve and manage information.
• Participate in workgroup meetings and discussions.
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed.

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required (Paralegal background is a plus).
• Experience in a legal environment, customer service, or call center is a plus.
• Strong technical skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Hybrid Role - Must be local to Middle TN and able to commute to the Nashville office as needed.
• Contract Duration: 12 months with the potential for extension.
