We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Marketing to lead and create a unified marketing unit. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a hands-on approach to demand generation and digital performance marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our overall brand strategy, driving client engagement, and generating new business opportunities. This is a 100% remote position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth and demand generation.
• Lead all digital performance marketing efforts, including paid media, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote over 100 annual events, from large conferences to exclusive client gatherings.
• Analyze market trends and data to inform marketing decisions and strategy.
• Manage a marketing budget and report on ROI.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a strong background in demand generation and digital marketing.
