Job Title: Servicenow ITSM Devops and IRM Consultant
Location: Houston, TX / Seattle, WA / Charlotte, NC,
Duration: 2 Months
Contract description

• Lead and manage large ServiceNow ITSM and IRM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee risk management processes, including third-party and integration risk assessments within ServiceNow IRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and monitor operational and security risks.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow ITSM and IRM implementations.
• Strong background in risk management, including third-party and integration risk frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps tools and automation practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, IRM, or DevOps) preferred.
