Job Title: Workday Certified Functional Consultant - Benefits Module(Support Project).

Onsite in Orlando Tuesday - Thursday weekly.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday Certified Functional Consultant - Benefits to provide post-production support for a Workday HCM environment. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day functional support, issue resolution, configuration enhancements, and collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure stable and optimized Core Recruiting operations. Client went live recently.

Key Responsibilities:
Workday Recruiting / HCM Functional Support: Provide Level 2 / Level 3 functional support for Workday Benefits modules. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Configuration & Enhancements: Perform Core Recruiting configuration changes based on business requirements. Support minor enhancements and change requests.
Stakeholder Collaboration, Testing & Documentation, Compliance & Data Quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Workday Certification..
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Workday Business Process Framework
  • Workday security concepts
  • Worker lifecycle events
• Experience supporting post-production Workday environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
