Position OverviewThe Emergency Preparedness Consultant (EPC) supports the delivery of emergency preparedness and response services for BME Strategies' public health clients. The EPC contributes to the development of emergency preparedness plans, facilitates exercises and trainings, analyzes preparedness data, and prepares reports and communications for client and stakeholder use. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, the EPC may independently lead smaller projects or workstreams and serves as a key liaison between local and regional public health agencies, healthcare coalitions, and community partners. This position offers an opportunity to build technical and consulting expertise while advancing BME Strategies' mission to strengthen local and regional public health systems. This role contributes to building resilient public health systems and advancing emergency preparedness across communities.
