SALON OPERATIONS LEADER

YOUR ROLE

• Be the driving force of the salon, overseeing all operations while providing your team with the tools they need to excel.
• Inspire your staff to grow their clientele and boost the salon's profitability by sharing business insights.
• Set the standard by delivering exceptional hair care services and ensuring every guest experiences top-notch quality.
• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering a positive work culture that motivates employees to reach their full potential.
• Manage hiring, training, and conflict resolution with professionalism and ease.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO:

• Lead by example, naturally deliver outstanding customer service, and tackle challenges with professionalism.
• Motivate and develop team members by being a role model yourself, while always keeping the salon's financial goals in view.
• Possess a current cosmetology or barber license as mandated by state/provincial regulations.
• Are open to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Are tech-savvy with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Can travel for mandatory meetings and training, including overnight stays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have good eyesight for hair observation, including close vision and color perception.
• Should enjoy staying active, as this role involves standing, lifting, bending, and sometimes lifting 10-25 lbs.
• Be comfortable working with chemicals and fragrances used in salon treatments.
