Key Responsibilities
Gather and process information on potential customers for compliance review.
Ensure accurate documentation and obtain necessary customer signatures for account setup.
Respond to customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues efficiently.
Support facility-related inquiries and coordinate necessary actions.

Qualifications
Knowledge of banking systems and processes.
Experience with compliance and account opening documentation.
Proficiency in generic office software applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
