What You'll Do:
Build and manage relationships with employers in financial services to identify partnership and recruiting opportunities
Conduct outreach to expand connections with investment firms, hedge funds, and consulting groups
Research market trends and identify new organizations to target for engagement
Plan and support employer-focused events like presentations, networking sessions, and coffee chats
Collaborate with your teammate and internal partners to ensure every engagement runs smoothly
Required Experience & Skills:
Two years of experience in employer relations, client or relationship management within the financial services industry
Must have a firm understanding of the financial industry including the ability to understand key firm distinctions within the sector
Communication Skills: Engage clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Organization: Effectively manage multiple projects, tasks, and stakeholders
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Expertise in event planning and outreach strategy
Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
