A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors
• Track and manage wage garnishments, new hire paperwork, and terminations within payroll software
• Provide support to accounting with data entry in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
