Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Hybrid (Office Located in Silverton, NJ)
Compensation: Up to $65,000 + Year-End Bonus Potential
Schedule: Full-Time Hybrid Schedule

About the Role:
The agency is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This role involves managing a personal lines book of business consisting of home, auto, and umbrella policies for loyal, long-term clients. You will be the main point of contact for policy servicing, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and client communications
  • Prepare proposals and assist with remarketing as needed
  • Provide high-level customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless operations and excellent client experience
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of personal lines account management experience in an agency environment
  • P&C license required
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented, and client-focused personality
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary up to $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Year-end bonus potential
