Our client, a growing global company located in Hopewell, NJ, is looking for a Payroll Manager. This is a hybrid role.

Overview:
Lead multi-state payroll operations and ensure full compliance with all wage and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance
• Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates
• Coordinate with Benefits on deductions and related initiatives
• Oversee payroll audits and provide documentation
• Support annual workers' compensation audits
• Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
• Partner with systems teams on configuration updates and testing
• Manage vendor relationships (ADP or similar)
• Review and approve bonus runs and year-end filings
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues
