About the Role

MIRACORP, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Agreements Management Specialist to provide specialized administrative and technical support to federal stakeholders managing Strategic Partnership Projects (SPP), Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), and Agreements to Commercialize Technology (ACT). This role supports the full agreement lifecycle-from initiation through closeout-while coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing reports for DOE-ID and DOE-HQ leadership.

Location: U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho Falls, ID

Essential Functions

Agreement Lifecycle Support

  • Support approval, funding, modification, and closeout of SPP, CRADA, and ACT agreements
  • Process agreements in AMPS and manage DOE-ID WFO inbox actions
  • Maintain agreement files and records in accordance with DOE directives (e.g., 481.1E, 483.1B, 485.1A)
  • Assist with periodic reviews of contractor policies and activities
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Coordinate with DOE-NE, IP Counsel, DOE-HQ, and external agencies
  • Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and support stakeholder communications
  • Screen and respond to inquiries using sound judgment and policy knowledge
Reporting & Documentation
  • Support annual SPP performance reporting
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and decision-support materials for leadership
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and program files
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all agreement documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field and 3+ years of agreements or grants management experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years OR 7 years of direct experience
  • Working knowledge of SPP, CRADA, and ACT processes
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agreement management systems (e.g., AMPS)
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DOE or other federal agencies
  • Familiarity with federal agreement directives and lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of federal budgeting and reporting systems
