Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Government Insuring team. This role is a vital blend of precise data management and front-facing office support, ensuring our loan processing remains accurate, secure, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Integrity: Input loan information into specialized government portals and internal systems with high speed and accuracy.
- Quality Control: Audit source documents to identify and resolve data inconsistencies before final submission.
- Document Management: Prepare loan packages and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Office Support: Serve as a backup for front-desk operations, including greeting guests and managing incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all internal security protocols and office policies.
- 1 year related data entry experience.
- Precision Under Pressure: A proven track record of delivering high-quality, detailed work within tight deadlines.
- Critical Thinking: The ability to research complex information, interpret data, and make sound business decisions.
