Include:Overall performance of the department to include vision and strategy development of capabilities which secure the Nations Critical Infrastructure, with a special emphasis in Program Management. Directly accountable for human capital management, innovative research programs, delivering program outcomes, and building internal and external partnerships. Grow business volume in current and new opportunity areas through the effective use of program development funding. Lead integrated efforts across multiple Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience (CISR) programs to develop cohesive, consistent impactful INL programs. Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for cross-functional teams.
