- This is a non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams in support of optimal member care and provider partnerships.
- Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review.
- Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers.
- Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches.
- Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches.
- Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets.
- Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the system.
- Assigns cases to clinicians.
- Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative processes.
- Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases.
- Creates new cases based on new requests.
- May participate in reporting or data collection with projects.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
