As Marqeta's Product Manager for Business Systems , you'll lead the vision and development of our Salesforce platform, working closely with teams across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support. You'll create a roadmap that streamlines processes, boosts productivity, and takes advantage of AI-powered features to make life easier for both our internal teams and customers. You'll also evaluate solutions both within and outside Salesforce, while partnering with our data teams to keep everything organized and accurate.We're looking for someone who loves working with people at all levels and can translate complex technical concepts into simple terms. You'll balance day-to-day maintenance with exciting new projects, keep our documentation up to date, and work with engineers to implement smart solutions using agile practices.
