Salary: $180K - $210K base + equity

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deliver fullstack product features, working across frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to build reliable, high-quality software.
• Participate in all phases of development - from planning, implementation, testing, to deployment.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and system architecture decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less-experienced engineers.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and at least one modern backend language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java).
• Experience building and shipping fullstack features in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
• Adaptability and comfort operating in dynamic startup conditions.

• Experience with Rails, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Prior work in startup or early-stage environments, ideally as an early employee or founder.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset.

• Base salary of $180K - $210K.
