Include:Represents the EES&T directorate and INL as a whole in various forums and, as such, is expected to understand the full scope of EES&T work and ensure that EES&Ts research objectives are aligned with INLs vision, mission, and values. Ensures that EES&T delivers relevant and impactful research and development of the highest quality and serves as an advocate for EES&T accomplishments to advance the standing, recognition, and branding of the Laboratory. Proactively manages and drives internal investments in the EES&T Laboratory Directed Research & Development (LDRD) portfolio, from the development of research concepts to harvest strategies for successful research outcomes. Drives EES&T collaboration across the laboratory through engagement with the other Chief Science & Technology Offers and directorate laboratory fellows.
