The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will champion end-to-end performance across patient access, health information management, coding, billing, denials prevention, and reimbursement optimization to sustain timely, accurate revenue flow for exceptional patient care.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will receive strong executive support while partnering closely with Patient Access, HIM, Case Management, and Service Line leaders. The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will collaborate daily with friendly bedside nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team to elevate charge capture, clinical documentation integrity, payer relations, and denial recovery, while mentoring managers and analysts to drive measurable results and a culture of service.
