Automotive Technician - A-Level or B-Level

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a technician who values stability, professionalism, and long-term career growth. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in high-quality workmanship, and works well in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Complete flat-rate or time-based repair tasks efficiently and professionally
• Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources to identify issues
• Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
• Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools
• Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship and professionalism

Qualifications

A-Level Technician Requirements

• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, drivability, etc.)
• 5+ years professional experience preferred
• ASE certifications strongly preferred

B-Level Technician Requirements

• Solid mechanical repair skills and ability to perform most maintenance and repair tasks
• Basic diagnostic ability and willingness to learn advanced systems
• 2-4 years professional experience preferred
• ASE certifications a plus

General Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Own a professional set of tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Stable hours with consistent workload
