Customer Service Representative (Remote - Sales & CRM Focus)

Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative with strong sales and CRM experience to support our growing service business. This role is customer-facing and critical to maintaining excellent response times, driving follow-up sales, and delivering a professional client experience from first call to payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls immediately (approximately 10-15 per day) and professionally during set business hours.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing and potential customers
• Contact new clients and leads to schedule services and provide information
• Accurately enter, update, and manage customer information in the CR
• Process customer payments and ensure proper documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, scheduling, and next steps
• Maintain organized records and follow established call and follow-up procedures

• Sales experience required - phone sales of home services (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) preferred.
• CRM experience required (ServiceTitan strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage call volume efficiently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience in home services, trades, or service-based industries
• Commercial sales experience in building relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with call tracking, follow-up systems, or booking workflows
• Payment processing experience

• 30+ hours per week
• Fully remote / work-from-home position
