We provide sales support for companies across industries including financial services, tech, healthcare, mortgage, solar, and more.

With offices in Orem UT, Logan UT, and Rexburg ID, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated sales representatives who are excited to earn more by working weekend shifts - especially Sundays. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is an opportunity to earn well above typical hourly jobs.

Why Work Sundays at Squeeze?

Sundays are one of the most profitable days of the week on our team. Because of our inbound lead volume, agents working Sunday shifts receive double commission on all inbound Field Marketer appointments. Top agents regularly maximize this opportunity and earn significantly more on Sundays than other days.

On Sundays you can expect:

• 200-300 inbound leads in a day
• Double commission on inbound Field Marketer appointments
• Up to $5 per appointment at top-tier bonus levels
• High earning potential due to increased call volume

If you're motivated by performance pay, Sunday shifts can be some of the most profitable hours you work all week.
Schedule & Work Setup

This role requires Sunday availability.

Agents may:

• Work in-office during weekday shifts
• Work fully remote
• Work remote on Saturdays and Sundays

We offer flexible weekday scheduling, but Sunday shifts are required for this position.
What Will You Do?

• Contact prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our clients' services (warm leads - no cold calling)
• Ask qualifying questions and help determine the best next step for the customer
• Handle fast-paced calls throughout your shift (average call length 2-4 minutes)
• Use sales techniques and rebuttals to assist customers in staying engaged
• Schedule appointments for customers with companies offering services like:
  • Mortgage
  • Solar
  • Healthcare
  • Debt consolidation
  • Insurance
  • Tech services
• Receive training to develop high-demand sales and communication skills

Compensation

• $12/hr base pay + uncapped commissions
• Average earnings: $18-$20/hr
• Top performers: $25+/hr

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must complete a successful background check
• Must be available to work at least 22 hours per week
• Sunday availability is required
• Must work 4-hour shifts minimum
• Ability to answer inbound/outbound calls throughout scheduled shifts
• Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer support experience
• Competitive and motivated to earn commissions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
